Training and Development

ODS is an agile business that is constantly adapting to meet the needs of those we serve. In turn, we want our employees to be consistently moving forward, ensuring we’re proactively fulfilling and exceeding expectations.

We work with all managers to develop individual training plans for every member of staff. Our focus is divided between core skills, key competencies and professional development. We want to harness the potential of our employees, giving them the opportunities to progress and help ODS achieve its long-term ambitions.

Leadership development is also a key part of our training strategy. Combining bespoke plans with consistent, centralised training ensures our managers are all moving forward in line with departmental and broader business needs.
